About the Recipe
A Halva-Flavoured Latte is a creamy, nutty blend of rich tahini and honeyed sweetness, balanced with bold espresso and a hint of warm spices for a cozy, indulgent sip.

Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 shots espresso (80 ml)
1 pinch cardamom
1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
1 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Brew espresso in stovetop moka pot or barista espresso machine.
While it brews, heat milk in a small saucepan until warm.
Add in the tahini, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cardamom to the warmed milk and stir.
Froth it using a handheld milk frother or whisk until creamy and foamy. (Note: you can also use a barista milk frother for this by adding the ingredients to milk, then frothing)
Pour the espresso into a cup, add the frothed milk, and enjoy! Optional: add cinnamon garnish on top.
